Our teens training sessions are for high school students who want to learn important foundational movements that are beneficial to their health, will improve their posture and can be tailored towards better performance in their specific sports.

Teens will learn resistance training and functional exercises in a safe and fun environment and building confidence along the way!
Exercises and techniques involving speed, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance!

But more importantly, an enjoyable 45 minute session with their friends where they leave feeling great!

Starts 26th April 2022!

Sessions run twice weekly for Term 2 (10 weeks)
