Our teens training sessions are for female high school students who want to learn important foundational movements that are beneficial to their health, will improve their posture and can be tailored towards better performance in their specific sports.

The girls will learn resistance training and functional exercises in a safe and fun environment and building confidence along the way!
Exercises and techniques involving speed, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance!

But more importantly, an enjoyable 45 minute session with their friends where they leave feeling great!

Term 2 2024 Starts Tuesday 30th April (10 weeks)
