THE DAY

Arrive 915 am ‘Our journey together will begin with a guided meditation that will set the tone and mindset for the day, bringing your inner calm, focus and self awareness to exactly where it needs to be.. From there, we will delve deep into a number of mini workshops, that are all planned and created with purpose to help busy women who are wanting to feel better & learn how to manage their health & wellness as best they can. 

 

AFTER LUNCH - We will have the pleasure of Jaime Rose Chambers (NUTRITIONIST & CLINICAL DIETITIAN) - talking ‘Weight Management, retaining lean muscle mass & bone health for menopausal women’ . We cannot wait for this.
