This workshop is for Women wanting to come and experience a lush and relaxing 3hrs of self-discovery, that will have you going beyond the surface, delving deep into the realms of nutrition, wellness, movement, self-care, empowerment, and love. Immerse yourself in a journey of holistic well-being, seamlessly blending meditation, stretch/mobility, hormone education, self-care insights, nutrition knowledge, foam rolling, and comprehensive health and wellness education. All alongside like minded women.
Participants leave with a heightened awareness of their bodies, a toolkit for better health and a newfound sense of calm. This workshop is dedicated to you & you only. You will leave not only feeling relaxed and calm, but you will also leave with the tools and knowledge on how to nurture yourself daily and to always find calm in the chaos of the outside world.

Be amazed & enlightened about some nutritional facts and guidelines that will help you to be more energised & improve your overall wellness. Practise gentle stretching combined with mobility movements and relaxation techniques in a serene & supportive environment. Be a part of an interactive group learning how to practise Self Care & daily gratitude which will help you to manage stress & foster a deeper connection with yourself. Foam rolling will help release tension and unwanted stress from your body & leave you feeling pain free. We haven’t left your taste buds out of the equation. You’ll enjoy tea drinking & healthy refreshments & leave with a sense of calm, carrying your very own goodie bag.
Has a love for connecting and nurturing those around her, Jodi lives a well balanced & healthy life while managing Fitness Avenue & being a mum to her 3.5year old girl. Having Rowed in 2 Olympics, Jodi knows how to focus & plan to be able to achieve your dreams. She cannot wait to help you.
A passionate personal trainer and stretch enthusiast, with a focus on slowing down and alleviating stress in the mind and body through meditation. Lauren enjoys holding space for others and providing tangible tools and support throughout their wellness journey. On weekends she is often hiking with her dog Zubi or at the beach with friends. Nature is her greatest source of inspiration.
An avid physiotherapist, rising beginner triathlete and trainer. Over the years Steph has learnt to see the better side of exercise which focuses on building strength and mental health. This has led her into the path of empowering others too. Steph has a sole purpose to encourage others, especially women, to build stronger bodies, train pain-free and redefine training as a celebration of what our bodies can do rather than something we should do. If you’re ever up and about in the early morning, you’ll find Steph running or cycling trying to chase the sunrise.
A dedicated Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science graduate and passionate amateur Muay Thai fighter. My transformative personal journey began by shedding 25kg, igniting my passion for all exercise. Beyond physical well-being, I'm fervently passionate about self-care and nurturing a positive mindset. Guided by my own experiences, I find immense joy in motivating others to embrace self-care and witness the constant improvement that stems from a resilient mindset and a commitment to holistic health.
