GROUP TRAINING (Max 8 people)
  • Fun but challenging sessions with a group of up to 8 people

  • In the sessions you will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength training
    (that will be adjusted to the specific exercises you may need), core work, flexibility, balance, stretching, fat burning and we will get you motivated.

  • A very unique style of training that suits everyone

  • A great opportunity to get fit and healthy while catching up with friends. You may even get a little competitive with each other!

  • Every session is different so you won’t get bored

  • Weekly weigh in by choice

OUTDOOR MUMS & BUBS
  • No need to look for a baby sitter while you’re getting your super fit summer body!! Bring the prams along!

ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

  • A great introduction to your first exercise program and you’ll have a trainer leading the way, keeping the sessions challenging and safe.

  • ​The one-on-one package includes fitness, strength, motivation, setting & achieving goals, nutritional advice,
        body measurements and monthly body and fitness assessments .

  • For Rowers – Beginners, school starters, surf boat rowers and masters rowers wanting rowing technique and weights programs
