Unfortunately, these days our daily habits, work places and lifestyles are not doing our bodies any favours.
Some examples of what I’m talking about are:​


  • Driving for long periods of time (hunched shoulders, curved lower back)
  • Sitting at your desk working on computer (hunched round shoulders, curved lower back)
  • Wearing high heels at work (tight calves, body out of alignment, lower back pain)
  • Having kids – carrying them, carting all the gear around with them –
       (one hip always out, hunching over to pick them up, getting them out of the cot)
  •  No longer 21? The joints are starting to feel a little stiff and painful (years of wear and tear)​
