GROUP TRAINING (Max 8 people)

  • Fun but challenging sessions with a group of up to 8 people

  • In the sessions you will work on your cardiovascular fitness, strength training
    (that will be adjusted to the specific exercises you may need), core work, flexibility, balance, stretching, fat burning and we will get you motivated.  

  • The benefits of 1on1 PT but more affordable

  • A very unique style of training that suits everyone

  • A great opportunity to get fit and healthy while catching up with friends. 

  • Every session is different so you won’t get bored

  • Weekly weigh in by choice
