SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

All our small group sessions are designed to suit all ages and fitness levels, and are fun, challenging and social.

We accommodate your needs, and help you focus on your goals such as fat loss, muscle tone, body shaping, fitness and strength.

Every session is different from the last to keep you on your toes. Variety is the spice of life!

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Enjoy all the benefits of your own personal trainer : At your pace, in your time, focussed on your goals. Sessions may be in our gym or outdoors.
