    Get on track to start the new year with positive changes to your lifestyle and nutrition, and set yourself up for a good year.

    Jodi will help you to commit to the 6 weeks and beyond. You won’t be left to make all the changes on your own. ACCOUNTABILITY will be at its MAX. 

  • Movement & Exercise
    We will create a great routine with new schedules for your exercise & movement.

THE PROCESS

  • Initial Phone Call
    Chat to Jodi discuss where you’re at and what you want to change and achieve out of the 6 weeks and beyond.

  • Weekly Check-In
    To help plan your week, you will have a scheduled Zoom or phone meeting with Jodi each week for up to 15mins.

  • Contact Jodi When You Need
    During the 6 week course, you can be in contact with Jodi as much as you need via text & email. 

  • Private Facebook Group
    You’ll be a part of a , which has proven to be a great community & support. 

  • Change Your Habits
    We will focus on the unwanted habits that you want ‘gone for good’. Together we will create some new fabulous habits that will be maintainable. 

  • Measurements
    Your measurements can be made with Jodi at the studio, or you can do your own at home.
