COUPLE TRAINING:
Receive all the benefits of personal training - only you can train with a partner or friend to help motivate and excite you about training!
   
GROUP TRAINING (Max 6 people):
Fun and challenging sessions with a group of up to 6
Group sessions consist of machine cardio work, boxing, skipping, step work, weights, core stability, flexibility, music and lots of motivation!
