Fitness Avenue sessions are by appointment only. It is important to commit to your sessions. Pre-paid vouchers and attendance to your booked sessions are required.
These are the existing sessions at the moment. However many more can be opened. If you have a preferred time to train and it’s not listed, please contact us and I’m sure we can arrange a new class time.
