So how do I start training with you? What is the process?
We can have a chat over the phone or you can come and visit the gym to discuss your goals. Then we can work out how often and when you want to train and we’ll take care of the rest. You just turn up for your sessions and do the work.

Is there a joining/ membership fee?
No - You only pay for your sessions.

What do I bring to my sessions?
Towel, drink bottle, comfortable workout gear and a smile

Is there a shower?
Yes

Is it health fund rebatable?
Yes, depending on level of cover

Do men and women train together?
Yes and no – depending on your preference

Can I bring a friend with me to the class?
Yes, however if you let us know prior to the session to make sure there is room in the class

How many times do you think I need to come to the gym to get results?
I would recommend doing 2 to 3 sessions with us and also do some exercise or activities on your own. The optimal amount of exercise to improve your health is 3 to 5 1hr sessions a week

Will I get a six pack?
Maybe – We can only try!
