All sessions at Fitness Avenue are designed and programmed around the same philosophies. We aim to satisfy and accommodate for every shape and size, and our aim is to make your exercise as enjoyable as we can!

At Fitness Avenue we offer:

A non membership, no joining fee gym
Group training with a maximum of 6 per group so there is always plenty of room & still also getting benefits of personal training
Personal Training for all ages, fitness levels and needs
Gym sessions to help with fat loss, muscle tone, body shaping, fitness and strength
Nutritional advice and guidance
Core stability training
Sessions that are fun, hard, social and accommodate for any level of strength and fitness
A non-threatening environment to exercise in
Specialised personal training (rowing, pre and post natal, and golf strengthening)
Weekly body measures of weight, fat levels, hydration, Metabolic age, muscle mass
